  • 5 CL Helvíti Vodka
  • 1 CL Amaro di Angostura or similar
  • 4 cl Blueberry and lemon cordial
  • 2 cl Egg white
  • — Dry-shake and shake
  • — No ice
  • Garnish Mint and lemon peel
  • Glass Coupe

Juice citruses and strain through a straining bag/cloth
Combine all ingredients into a pot and bring to the boil
Put everything through a blender and through a straining bag/cloth
Refrigerate
