  • 4 cl Blackberry lemon cordial

  • Garnish Blackberry and a cocktail pin
  • Glass Rocks

Blackberry/lemon cordial

85 g fresh blackberries
300 g freshly strained lemon juice
300 g demerara sugar

Method:
Juice citruses and strain through a straining bag/cloth
Combine all ingredients into a pot and bring to the boil
Put everything through a blender and through a straining bag/cloth
Refrigerate
