- 3 cl Birkir snaps
- 1 cl Lemon juice
- 1 cl Simple syrup
- Champagne to fill up the glass
Shake all ingredients, except champagne, together and fine strain into a coupe glass. Top up with champagne and garnish with a lemon peel.
